IN Consult submitted the feasibility study to establish University of Gwadar which was highly appreciated by the Higher Education Commission. 

The University of Gwadar is conceived to be a special purpose university which shall produce high quality human resource, support advance research, innovation and creation of new knowledge and shall be responsible for economic, social and cultural development of the region.
